TwinsFaja Mentorship Program
The TwinsFaja Mentorship Program is a yearly initiative created to guide and nurture the next generation of leaders, professionals, and changemakers. Powered by the Kemi Fajana Foundation, the program connects youths with seasoned mentors who provide personalized support, guidance, and motivation to help them navigate life’s challenges and make informed decisions.
Through a structured mentorship framework—including seminars, interactive workshops, one-on-one coaching, and career development sessions—participants gain critical life skills, clarity in their ambitions, and access to networks that can shape their futures. The program targets students, young graduates, and aspiring entrepreneurs, fostering a culture of purpose, excellence, and resilience.
By investing in mentorship, the foundation is building confident, capable, and socially responsible individuals who are equipped to give back to their communities.
KFF – TwinsFaja Staff Children School Fees Payment
The KFF – TwinsFaja Staff Children School Fees Payment project is a heartfelt initiative by the Kemi Fajana Foundation to support the hardworking staff of the TwinsFaja Group. Every year, the foundation fully or partially covers the tuition fees of staff members’ children, ensuring they have uninterrupted access to quality education.
This project is a direct expression of gratitude and solidarity with the TwinsFaja workforce—many of whom dedicate their time and energy to supporting the foundation’s wider mission. By easing the financial burden of education, KFF empowers families to thrive, and gives children the opportunity to pursue academic excellence without the fear of being sent home for unpaid fees.
It’s more than an education initiative—it’s an investment in the families that help keep the foundation strong.
Kemi Fajana Foundation Free Baking School
The Kemi Fajana Foundation Baking School is a free, annual training program designed to empower women, youth, and economically disadvantaged individuals with practical, income-generating skills in baking. This initiative is not just about teaching recipes—it’s about creating opportunities for self-reliance and entrepreneurship.
Participants are taken through intensive, hands-on sessions where they learn how to bake cakes, pastries, bread, and other confectioneries. In addition to culinary skills, the program also includes basic business training—covering pricing, packaging, hygiene, and marketing—equipping graduates to start and grow their own small baking businesses.
The Baking School provides all materials free of charge and is led by experienced instructors who are passionate about uplifting others. By the end of the program, participants not only leave with valuable skills but also with a renewed sense of purpose and a pathway to financial independence.
